When will I receive my tickets?
Generally tickets will be shipped within 4 days of your purchase unless the on hand date differs on the tickets you have chosen to purchase. The on hand dates are listed on almost all tickets now. If you do not see a date, assume that they are in hand and ready to be shipped out immediately. Tickets are almost all sent out with UPS to assure prompt delivery.

Can I ship to an address other than the billing address?
We permit this on many events, however, you may be asked to provide further identification to have the tickets shipped promptly.

How do I track my package?
You will receive the tracking number quickly after your ticket order has been accepted by the seller. This will not be the case 100% of the time. In some situations the supplier will use email, local office pickup, or will call. This will be explained to the customer upon checkout.

Can I get tickets last minute?
Yes. We will deliver up to the very time of the event. This can happen through many different channels but mainly email, local office pickup, or will call. We assure you that you can purchase at any time and will still get the same great tickets and service.

Why is my ticket printed on a piece of paper?
Many times we will provide customers with paper tickets as a more efficient means to pass the savings along to our customers. The barcodes are the same as tickets you may have seen in the past. These are 100% authentic and becoming a big part of our industry.

The section and row are not the exact same as my order?
Many times we will upgrade customers to slightly better tickets if they become available shortly after the order. This is done as a perk to doing business with OnlineCityTickets.com

Royal Farms Arena
The Royal Farms Arena (formerly Baltimore Arena, 1st Mariner Arena, and Baltimore Civic Center) is an arena located in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2003, it was renamed by 1st Mariner Bank, which purchased naming rights to the arena for 10 years. It was reported that 1st Mariner Bank will need to pay the city $75,000 for the next ten years to keep the naming rights to the complex. 1st Mariner Bank Arena is located about a block away from the Baltimore Convention Center on the corner of Baltimore Street and Hopkins Place it is also only a short distance from the Inner Harbor. It seats up to approximately 14,000 people though this number varies depending on the type of event. The arena was famous for boxing matches in the 1960’s to 1970’s. The most renowned match within the facility was the 1962 fight between Johnny Morris and Joey Giardello. The venue also played host for a Beatles concert in 1964, which sold out both shows for a grand total of 28,000 spectators in one day, which is the current record. Th Royal Farms Arena may be older but it still has many events left to host.
